This Privacy Policy describes how Capy handles information in connection with the Puzzle Adventures mobile application (the "App").
Information We Collect
The Puzzle Adventures app does not collect any personal information or user data. All gameplay happens on your device. The only data that leaves your device is your puzzle progress, which is synced via Apple's iCloud or Google Play Games — not by Capy.
No Data Collection
We do not collect, process, or store any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
- Device information or identifiers
- Usage data or analytics
- Location data
Progress Saving & Cloud Sync
Your puzzle progress is saved on your device and automatically synced using your platform's cloud service — iCloud on iOS and Google Play Games on Android. This allows you to continue your adventure across devices.
Capy does not have access to this data. It is stored and managed entirely by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies:
You can manage or disable cloud sync at any time through your device's iCloud or Google Play Games settings.
No Permissions Required
The Puzzle Adventures app does not request or require any special permissions on your device beyond what is needed to play audio. The app does not need access to your contacts, camera, microphone, location, or any other device features.
No User Accounts
The app does not require you to create a Capy account or log in. Your progress is stored on your device and synced automatically via iCloud (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) using your existing Apple or Google account.
Third-Party Services
The app does not integrate with any analytics tools or advertising networks. The only third-party services used are Apple iCloud and Google Play Games, solely for the purpose of syncing your puzzle progress across devices. We do not use these services to collect or process personal information.
Children's Privacy
Puzzle Adventures is designed to be enjoyed by the whole family, including children. Since we do not collect any personal information from anyone, our app is safe for users of all ages. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA.
